I've always had great service and amazing gentlemen come out to spray, I wouldn't try another company!
We’ve lived in our home for a year and have a different pest control service. Last week I received a bill from this rando company for almost $300. When I called, after being hung up on THREE TIMES, the person I talked to said the services were from the “previous homeowner”. Um, no, we had our house built, which is obvious if you’ve ever been here. So they’re just arbitrarily sending bills to people and hoping they’ll pay them. I had Arrows come out before I moved into my house to spray. The technician gave me the up front price, then states it would be $85 to do a quarterly spray (which is what is recommended). He did a great job for the up front spray but I had scheduled a quarterly and he cancelled. I got a bill from them, even though there wasn't a service done that I knew about. This happened twice.
