I have been a customer for 8 years receiving quarterly service. It was done yesterday. Today, I went out and was attacked by a swarm of ground bees. The nest was less than one foot from the house, to the right of the white pipe. I called Arrow of Alcoa TN for a service call and was routed to an answering service because it's a Saturday. Told someone would call back on Monday. Unacceptable. Got a can of spray and am trying to kill them myself. Enlarge the second picture to see part of the swarm when I sprayed.
