My mom paid for a contract which Arrow never showed up for but continued to bill her. After communicating the issues they continued to bill her - which they will not be getting paid, then they sent the debt to a collection agency - who will also not be getting paid!!! These people are scum bags!!
Very frustrated right now. I have had a contract for several years. I took the contract to cover all issues inside and outside my home. The sales person was very persuasive. Shortly after signing the contract arrow came and took care of a wasp nest. Now a couple years later when I have the same issue they tell me that it’s not covered and that the initial neat removal was a one time thing. That was never communicated to me. Been a customer for over a year. Started having a small carpenter ant problem they quoted me 1095 for a single spray and wanted to up my quarterly to 225 from 150. Such a scam I called another company who has great reviews and told me that price was insane. Ended up doing it for 200 and they have a more reputable reputation. Go somewhere else trust me.
They were great-got rid of my mice in my new home. It’s been a year, and I wanted to cancel, since there’s no problem anymore. Very difficult. The woman on the phone was combative. Beware when signing a contract with them. They make it miserable to cancel.
I have a contract with them!!! I left a message requesting a return call due to bee hive on my house. Three days later, no response. This is NOT the first time that I have not received a call back. Disappointing!
