I recently renewed my annual warranty for the termite monitoring Sentricon System. Today, technician, Jeremy Morris, came to inspect. Jeremy was courteous and thorough in checking each station. I already received the report too. I appreciate his excellent customer service and work.

Tried to charge us for a page full of services including granular pest control through a spreader. The guy Travis was at our house 11 min per time stamp and then he left. Fortunately we were home and witnessed that he did nothing but spray our side yard. If we would not have been home we would have paid 250.00 for basically nothing. We contacted company and was assured he’d be back out next day, because they knew he didn’t finish a 10000. Sq ft lawn in 11 min., and he never showed. This is fraud. Avoid this company.

My mother in law set an appt on the 19th and they never showed or called, so then she set another appointment for yesterday and they said between noon and 4 pm. They never showed again or called or anything. We called them again, and they said we will now be there between 5 pm and 6 pm. Once again, they NEVER showed or called. Nothing. We called this morning, to cancel all appts. Or services with this company. They are very irresponsible and unreliable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
