We used this company for termite treatment a year ago. Recently, when we came home we noticed what looked like termite wings and fecal pellets. We called Arrow the next morning and they were out that afternoon and immediately treated the areas. We decided to also start using Arrow's quarterly general pest control. That technician was out the next day. Through this process we dealt with 3 employees--Dennis (sales) Jeff (termite) and Jeff (pest control).
