We used this company for termite treatment a year ago. Recently, when we came home we noticed what looked like termite wings and fecal pellets. We called Arrow the next morning and they were out that afternoon and immediately treated the areas. We decided to also start using Arrow's quarterly general pest control. That technician was out the next day. Through this process we dealt with 3 employees--Dennis (sales) Jeff (termite) and Jeff (pest control). I’ve had Arrow for the past 6 years, and while the technicians are very attentive and come out whenever I need them to, their billing department is a joke. And I’ve heard they’ve had many complaints about them in the past. I had termites back in July that they had to come out and treat, told me payment was due at time of service. No problem. The guy took all of my credit card information, but apparently never charged it! That card has since been closed so I’ve been making payments on the balance as I can. I would get emails ... read more
