I’ve had Arrow for the past 6 years, and while the technicians are very attentive and come out whenever I need them to, their billing department is a joke. And I’ve heard they’ve had many complaints about them in the past. I had termites back in July that they had to come out and treat, told me payment was due at time of service. No problem. The guy took all of my credit card information, but apparently never charged it! That card has since been closed so I’ve been making payments on the balance as I can. I would get emails ... read more
