Great experience with Arrow Electrical. I called four other electrical companies in GR and did not receive a return call. I called Arrow after finding them on Home Advisor and Amy actually answered my call and set up an appointment for the next day. She was outstanding, letting me know exactly when to expect Eric. Scheduling the appointment was simple. I was not home for the appointment. The electrician called me from my home and walked me through the work needed and and provided an estimate. His rates were very reasonable and he performed the work. Job well done. Paying the invoice was as easy as a phone call to their office. Very nice and professional people. I highly recommend.
