Very disappointed I actually have to post this. We have been patients for awhile and when Covid hit they started charging for PPE equipment which they already get reimbursed from the insurance companies and wanted to charge patients more so they could get more money. Our insurance would not cover the cost and we found out other dentist were not doing this and we felt they were taking advantage of a national pandemic to benefit themselves. I have now been going to Dr. Howard since 2012, when he squeezed me in on a Saturday. I have had much work done in the last several years including cleaning, crowns, extractions, and he fit me for invisalign. Every time I was told of the cost, and amount insurance may cover. In an emergency, he will fit you in....and what other dentist works Saturday. His staff is always great, and I will go back to him.
