The dentist themselves are good. The receptionist are not. Even if you call ahead of time or the day before even 24 hours in advance it will count against you. I loved coming here and enjoyed how the dentist were always very knowledgeable. Yet you can't have life or unforeseen circumstances hit your life because they will hold everything against you. Super rude & unhelpful receptionists. My insurance directed me to this place due to my regular providers being closed for Veterans Day. Me not being a regular patient was too much of a curve ball for them. I caught the vibe that they just didn’t want to do what felt like more work to them, so they just kept repeating the same “sorry we can’t help you” over and over despite the information and reference resources my insurance and I could provide for them.
I called them and try to make appointment today. The lady who answer was super rude and no patience at all.
