Keith with Arrow Construction came recommended to us after a dishwasher leak damaged our floors and basement ceiling. He had remediation to our house within hours preventing further damage. He then guided us through the insurance process and rebuild. Professional, experienced and transparent. Highly recommended!
Called and spoke with Keith about a roof/siding project. We had a 11 - 12 appointment window set the next day. Keith did not show up or call with an updated estimate arrival. I called Arrow Construction 2x, but each time it went to voicemail. Would not recommend this company due to poor customer service and no shows.

Working with Colton and the rest of Arrow was a positive experience for us from start to finish. Colton took the lead and diligently worked with my insurance company on getting the work approved through a hail damage claim with me having little involvement. As for the actual roof work, the crew showed up on time and had everything completed in roughly 8 hours. The crew also also did a great job with cleanup around the house. New roof looks great!
