I was disappointed that Customer Service was not more attentive to needs of my time and schedule. I was told one thing by the insuance adjuster and another by Customer Service.. The work included fixing a body panel and painting to match. The car was silver which is difficult to match but to my surprise in the result was perfect. Repair was made in less time than estimated.
