0 Star : My Experience My last name is spelled Arrastia. I was told the car will be done by 5pm Friday. So I took off work early to pick up the car. It wasn’t done and I’ve been paying for a rental so I had no choice but to pick up. The electronic rear hatch doesn’t close when actuated. It wasn’t like that when I dropped it off.
