I was very disappointed with Arrow Cold Control. After buying a part and trying to return it after not using it, they denied my return because it was over 30 days despite me having the original packaging and receipt. When I looked at the receipt I realized that I was attempting to return it at 41 days. I explained that it was difficult for me to make it to the store because they open after I leave for work and close before I get home, but they wouldn't budge. Now I have a $55 part that I don't need.
Referred to this company by a competitor, they had exactly the parts we needed at a fantastic price. Appreciate the way they were able to help us out.
