They was open on a Saturday on a snowy day at that, secondly, they had the part that I needed for my stove and third the price was actually cheaper than where I normally buy from, first time doing business with this Company and I am very happy I found them.

I was very disappointed with Arrow Cold Control. After buying a part and trying to return it after not using it, they denied my return because it was over 30 days despite me having the original packaging and receipt. When I looked at the receipt I realized that I was attempting to return it at 41 days. I explained that it was difficult for me to make it to the store because they open after I leave for work and close before I get home, but they wouldn't budge. Now I have a $55 part that I don't need.
