Very professional service and super quick. Have been a customer for some time and very unlikely to use some one else.
Arrow did a great job helping us find a good printer/copier for our business, handling delivery and set up as well.
Jeff is the go to guy for all your copier needs. He is the machine Superman! He is honest, professional, informed, efficient and more... He's repaired a couple copiers for me and I won't use anyone else!
Jeff and Doug at Arrow have been wonderful to work with. We at North Mountain Church had an old Konica machine that we thought we could repair. But Jeff gave us information about what was wrong and the cost and his honest opinion. Both Jeff and Doug were excellent at explaining everything about our new machine , the warranty and their commitment to make sure we were pleased with the new machine. I would strongly recommend Arrow for a reconditioned or new copy machine or service.
It always makes a difference when the owner of a company is very hands on and takes care of their clients. You know you're in good hands. Jeff is your man. We needed maintenance on a relatively old but still functioning Sharp copier. Arrow Business Machine gave us a quote at half the price of what other companies were asking. I'm glad Arrow is not your typical "stealership". They definitely earned our business.
