Very friendly and knowledgeable
Very impressed with the service, same day of the phone call that I made for help. Technician that arrived was great very informational very professional and very pleasant. For being a first time user of this company I highly remember them the technician that came also gave me recommendations regarding ink and helped figure out settings on my computer that were wrong I appreciate it very much.
Jeff was great to work with. He was very clear about his services and was out very promptly. I would recommend him to anyone.
