Bought a townhouse built by Arrow Building Group. There was an intermittent leak in the roof (from weather). Spoke to the warranty team (Jo) who was really helpful in sending someone out to fix (Duncan). Duncan was a gun - super nice and fixed the problem. No leak since. In my two experiences with their warranty team, they've been top notch 👍
Had a leak underneath my shower recess which was an absolute pain. Jo was excellent in organising the inspection and repair done in a timely manner. It was all fixed under warranty. Special thanks to Duncan and Bahage for the excellent work they did in my home. It was a great relief after getting it fixed. Never purchase or built a property by Arrow Building Group.
I recently sold a home in Rowville which was built by Arrow. There were some issues which needed to be fixed under warranty and Arrow have been nothing but helpful, professional and easy to work with. I’ve worked with several builders in the past and most are quite difficult and unhelpful when it comes to fixing issues once the property has settled. After submitting the warranty claim on my client’s behalf we had an inspection with the builder booked for the following week. Very impressed.
