Needed some materials to help my aunt with some home maintenance work in Eau Claire, so I called Arrow to see what they may have to fit the bill. Coming from out of town, you never know what to expect when trying to coordinate work on a tight schedule. I spoke with Randy at the front desk and he was awesome. I stopped in to discuss new interior doors, casing, base, railings spindles, etc. for the whole house. We sat down and I was told they'd send over some pricing. I never received anything so I followed up 2-3 weeks later with no response. I followed up again 2 weeks after that and again no response. They don't seem too interested in making a sale so I'll have to start over somewhere else.

7-19-22 Update: Business owner replied to my review and said the manager would reach out to me on this issue. I haven’t received any communication as such - in fact I reached out to the Chippewa Falls location myself via email showing the owner's comment below and was STILL ignored. BUYER BEWARE - GO ELSEWHERE! - We purchased a sliding patio door through the Chippewa Falls, WI location.
