Awful experience with Arrow Glass. They replaced a window on my 2024 Cadillac XT6 and left the black paint covered in scratches. I sent them before-and-after pictures showing the damage, plus a Ring camera video clearly showing their technician caused it, and they still refuse to take responsibility. Completely unprofessional and dishonest—avoid this company at all costs.
Avoid Arrow Auto Glass at all costs! Their service is absolutely terrible. When replacing my rear window, the technician left broken glass all over my driveway—none of which was there before he started—and shoved glass filled items from the rear cargo area into the third row of seats, spreading broken glass into parts of my car that were previously withoutany broken glass fragments and got the tar-like window sealer all over my cargo area and leather seats.
