They found my windshield when I had trouble finding it from another company. Answered all my calls, cleaned the glass out of my car and informed me if there’s any issues it’s fully covered under warranty. Very glad my car is fixed now! Thank you guys
Scheduling was quick and easy through insurance. I had to have them come to my job during the day, very accommodating. The tech called and texted (after I missed his first call) and reached out to let me know the time frame. He arrived earlier than expected. Dan was the tech, he was personable and quick. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Camera recalibration scheduled for tomorrow, but I have no doubt it will go down the same as this afternoon. Thanks Arrow Glass!
When an appointment is set up they only tell you the day. You have to wait until day of for a time window. Today it's 10:00 am and nothing but crickets, no idea what time they are showing up, and it's for a 20 minute appointment to calibrate the camera in the windshield. Never again. If I have another cracked windshield I'll go to a drive in location of another company.
These guys are top notch . Great service . I would highly reccomend using them you'll be happy you did.
