What an easy process. We have been a part of many appraisals, it this was by far the easiest most streamlined process I have been a part of. They know what they are doing and know the areas which is so important. I would recommend them to anyone.

I found Rick online and have worked with him on several appraisals and he has always been very professional and easy to work with. He's responsive extremely attentive to the detail.
Arrow Appraisals is by far the best real estate appraisal company within the Los Angeles area. Rick Sarouk was extremely responsive and professional. If you're in need of a real estate appraisal I would highly recommend Rick.
Beware!!!! Do NOT USE THIS MAN!!! Rick is not to be trusted. He is painfully unprofessional. I had scheduled him to come and appraise our downtown loft. I had to wake an infant up from a nap and take a two year old, and drive an hour from burbank to meet him here on time- after he sent email after email to confirm the appointment numerous times.
