Arrow Air Conditioning is top notch. They respond quickly to service requests, only fix what was broken, without trying to sell extra parts and services. HONEST! POLITE! 100% recommendation. I have been using them at my employment for years and use them at home also.
Great experience with this company, installed a brand new unit and all the things that come with it. Everyone was polite, respectful, and answered all of our questions.
A year ago I paid 7000 for a brand new heater and ac a year later it breaks and arrow leaves me with a 1300 dollar bill … arrow needs to back there work and not pay it forward to there customers!!! Thanks for installing broken equipment
My parents AC was leaking and my dad is disabled, with the TX heat they were struggling! I called Arrow AC and they were able to get someone out to his house the same day and resolve the issue for my parents. I am really grateful for their quick service and responsiveness 😊
