The tech replaced fan motor $650. Found out not the fan motor. Other issue, over 1k to repair this issue. So, I got a fan motor that I probably did not need, and still need to get unit replaced. I asked for a reduced rate on new motor if left in, so that tech did not need to take it back out. They said no. I also asked if they would be able to install a new unit purchased from my work at a discount, no they will not install if not purchased from them it is their policy.
