Excellent experience from start to finish. Nate helped us out and showed us several trailers, answered all our questions, and was patient with us while we went back and forth about what we wanted. Matt was quick and efficient with the paperwork, Cindy was super thorough walking us through the trailer when we picked it up, and Jamie in the store was very helpful getting us sorted with all our extra purchases. We definitely recommend ArrKann. Thanks to everyone there, from Trevor and Paula!

I have purchased at least 5 trailers over the years and this was the first from ArrKann, I wish it was all five. Everyone there was awesome. Cindy who gave us the demo, Tiffanie in parts,Ryan in sales and even the finance guys were awesome. Different vibe at this company and would recommend them to all.
We bought a used unit from ArrKann with their used warranty for 30 days. We had few issues with it however, they stand up with their warranty and fixed them up. Service team and staff were polite and help us out with the issues and answered all of our questions .
My ol man bought a camper here paid 1800 for shop pdi n his fridge didn’t even work along with about 20 other things they had to fix. Here we are a month n half later still no fridge camper sitting there all summer. They offer 250$ gas or extended warranty for 1700. What an absolute disgrace to customer service stay away ! I told em to return it but they sucked em in saying they would help n this n that n now it’s just too late to do anything.
