My ol man bought a camper here paid 1800 for shop pdi n his fridge didn’t even work along with about 20 other things they had to fix. Here we are a month n half later still no fridge camper sitting there all summer. They offer 250$ gas or extended warranty for 1700. What an absolute disgrace to customer service stay away ! I told em to return it but they sucked em in saying they would help n this n that n now it’s just too late to do anything. I cannot speak highly enough about ArrKann Rv. Neil the sales manager is a gem and very personal to deal with. Customer service is amazing, staff is high ly knowledgeable and friendly, I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for myself and my family. Thank you ArrKann you are amazing.
Only concern is about making a sale. Poor post sale service at an over-priced rate. Lack of follow up on service matters makes the situation worse.
10/10 customer experience. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and left this one feeling very taken care of. I wanted to take a look at the new units on their lot and their sales staff was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I also checked out their parts department and again 10/10 experience look forward to visiting again!
