Traded in the 21 Keystone for a bigger and newer Passport. The experience was great! Being in the auto industry I have high expectations and they certainly were great at Arkann. I was happy that when the winterized the trailer they cleaned the sinks and helped me fix my water pump and get my bench fixed after it leaked.
If there was a way to not give them no star at all…!! My husband called ArrKann to book in our holiday trailer to be winterized and after being put on hold, was told twice to take it somewhere else. No explanation as to why. The male on the phone was gruff and rude. We’ve been there several times over the past 5 months and have always had exceptional service. Needless to say, we will not be going back. Obviously they don’t need/want our business.
While I am not new to the life of camping, I am new to having to handle everything on my own. I decided to book with ArrKann purely because I know someone that works there so it gave me a sense of just knowing someone which in my life right now is a big deal.
