I’m posting this to warn others: be extremely cautious with this apartment complex. Someone I know tried to move out and management pulled a shady move by claiming they “didn’t give 60-day notice,” something that was never clearly communicated. They then auto-renewed the lease without consent and tried to charge an extra ~$5,000. Completely unacceptable. The worst part? I love this place great people
I visited for a showing on 10/7/25 and viewed two 2-bedroom units. Common areas were well maintained. The back of the building has protected nature land, so it will never be built on, which adds a touch of privacy and quiet. There's a 1.7 mile paved walking path around the natural area. Two elevators for use. All locks use a programed plastic access key, except for the mailboxes (standard key). The patio has gas grills and outdoor table seating and bean bag game set. Arrive is great! They plan fun events, keep the building nice and clean, have a great workout room and amenities! Have lived here almost 5 years!
