I had a clogged kitchen sink and put in a work order online. Calvin came to the Unit within 15 minutes and got the clog removed. Timely and efficient.. Thank you. March 18, 2025. Calvin did a great job replacing the electrical switch in the kitchen and a ceiling fan that did not work. Thank you.
Leasing office was incredibly helpful in getting us along with helping us completely along the way. Calvin in maintenance is amazing. Arrives incredibly timely and completes orders efficiently and in a timely manner and was incredibly respectful about our cats and us unpacking as he was working. Give that man a raise!
I like it here so far! I’ve been here about 2 months and have only had two issues. One being a terrible dog owner in the community dog park, her dog was not friendly and tried to attack mine and the dog owner got mad at me for it and said I shouldn’t have come into the community dog park? I think if your dog isn’t friendly you shouldn’t have them in a dog park or at least ask people nicely to wait for you to get your dogs out. I have lived here for 13 months as of Jan 2025, and have had only positive experiences so far. The staff are friendly and responsive, and maintenance team is diligent to follow-up after I submit a request. Would recommend to a friend.
