Overall, the condo itself is great and the amenities are excellent. However, there are ongoing safety concerns in the surrounding area that make walking in and out on foot feel uncomfortable at times. Unfortunately, this does impact day-to-day living. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend it for long-term living.
You’re so high up you can practically see what people in Red Deer are having for dinner. Plus, it’s the only building in Calgary where you can realize you’re out of snacks, take the elevator down, and be in the potato chip aisle of Superstore without even putting on a winter coat.
Concierge is amazing. Facilities are awesome. Everyone in the building is very friendly. Superstore (+ Winners, Scotia, Shoppers Drug Mart) is very convenient. 24/7 security.
