Came here as a repair guy , i asked a front desk to sit in the lobby while waiting to get approved for coi , they said only residents allowed to sit here not guests and workers) and attitude was given as well If you considering to come here and have business with them it is the worst place
This has nothing to do with the loft but the parking garage within the loft is very discriminatory towards disabled females
Been living in Arris Loft for many years. A very friendly building makes you feel like home. Made many good neighbor friends here. The building has been very well managed!
