I moved out in March and they debited my bank account for the April payment. Four phone calls to the company. They are totally unresponsive. (Update) I see the owner has responded which is great. I called Friday and was promised a call back. Nothing no one called back. I called today, Monday, same day the owner responded to this post. Rented a parking space only to show up and find someone else in the spot. You cannot get a hold of anyone local that knows anything. The call center knows absolutely nothing. They don’t respond to emails. Can’t get my issue resolved.
