Horrible! I have called them several times concerning the site they assigned me as there is stuff in it from someone else. They have not called me back ( over a period 3 days) they have charged my cc and they are not calling me back. I definitely give them a huge thumbs down!!! They did eventually call me and apologized saying they had technical problems with their answering system. The lady was very nice and apologetic. She is in the process of refunding my money so hopefully that goes well.

The ladies working the phones were fantastic. They kept me in the loop for past 4 months on whether spots were opened or not. And at first notice a spot opened up they contacted me. Reservation was very easy and convenient. Thank you to Michelle,Amy and Sarah. I really appreciate it
