Ordered a hi-lo table with compass rose on inside. Rec'd table with compass rose on outside. Along with the obvious error, the table was of poor quality in that the leaves didn't match, the letters in the rose were illegible, the trim was awful, brass hinges were junk, etc. Contacted the company and they wanted to argue about what I had ordered, though I had their original message with pics. Finally to told me that they would replace the table provided that I ship to wrong one back at my expense and then pay an upcharge for ... read more
