Zero stars? Bought a used 2021 Ram Rebel in September 2024. Everyone was helpful and fine. 45 days after purchase my taillight went out. Rolando the sales manager was going to "try" and help me out to get it repaired at cost. I've been calling for over a month and a half and no one will call me back as promised every single time. Never going back here or to the Ram dealer next to them for service or to purchase another vehicle. Worst place to buy a car. More than 20 min waiting for a person to assist us and nobody comes out even when we asked for it at the front desk. With that attitude they won’t sell anything

Stay away from this dealership’s service department!!! The absolute worst - on top of their exorbitant amounts for repairs, they charge all sorts of fees, shop fees, credit card fees….. Absolutely do not recommend!!
