HORRIBLE! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL MY EXTENDED WARRANTY SINCE 4/5/25 WITH NO RESPONSE. I HAD TO DO THE WORK IN GETTING THIS DONE AND THEY HAVE MY WARRANTY MONEY AND HAS NOT PAID TO MY LIENHOLDER. I CANNOT GET MY GAP TO PAY BECAUSE THESE IDIOTS ARE HOLDING THE MONEY HOSTAGE. MAKING DMV COMPLAINT AND ATTORNEYS GENERAL COMPLAINT. FREAKING LOSERS

I have not purchased a car from here; however, they did some work on my vehicle. The technician was very friendly and willing to work with me. Overall, my experience was very good. I will say, however, that I can't recommend ordering parts from them, as I have found other dealers with much lower prices. The prices for actual repair work were very fair for a dealership. I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler for my daughter through Amr Mousa, and the experience was outstanding. Amr went above and beyond—he personally located the perfect vehicle, walked us through every available option, and even drove over an hour to another dealership to bring the car back for us.
