My opinion towards the service side, especially toward the mechanics specifically one I believe is named victor and manager in service are bad we took the car to this dealer for 5 years I never thought that I would feel distrust toward the work of the dealership. Took my car to their service department because they are a sister company to the dealer where i bought my car in tampa. Warranty offered by the dealer declined coverage for a very dumb reason. They did not offer any help to purchase a new car or help with my service issue

Went on CarGurus to try to sell my car and arrigo came up with a competitive offer for my used vehicle. When talking to Natalie she assured me she was not going to waste my time. Once they gave me the in person "appraisal" it was $7000 less then what was shown online. The reasoning they gave for the lowball offer was for the vehicles year and color which they had on the initial appraisal online.
