Absolutely unacceptable experience with Arrigo. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a dealership in my life. Every time I called simply asking for an update on my vehicle, I was met with attitude, hostility, and zero professionalism. Said and Will spoke over me, raised their voices, and eventually hung up on me instead of doing their jobs.
