I was sold a vehicle with a known defect (TSB: 23-020-23 REV. A). I took it back 5 weeks after I bought it and the service supervisor told me that they won't fix the defects. The vehicle was a certified pre owned vehicle that came with their 3 month/3000 mile warranty. I even asked the service supervisor if he knew about TSB: 23-020- 23 REV. A and he said yes. So it seems that they are knowingly selling defective vehicles and said absolutely nothing about the defects when I was buying it.
James was more than helpful in assisting me in finding the right truck to suit me and was very patient. He was also very informative about the whole process, start to finish. Overall I'm very satisfied with my time spent here at Arrigo Chrysler Dodge & Jeep.!
Set up an appointment to test drive a car and when i got there they wouldn't let me test drive the car despite me giving my id, had the funds to buy a car and when they ran my id and seen i was turning 18 in less than a few hours told me i had to be 21 to test drive a kia with a 1.3L engine in it. Even after having telling the salesman i drove a ct5 2023 he wouldn't even take me to see the car.
