This place is so unorganized! You literally have to call them to remind them about your case. I filed an amendment 3 years ago, NEVER got anything back and he refused to help with it. My husband’s social was stolen and we think they mistakenly filed someone else’s taxes using my husbands info. IRS mentioned someone filed around the same time they had gotten our paperwork. They’re just so unprofessional and slow with everything they do! DO NOT COME HERE!
Attempted at calling their office, they took my information and never returned my call or followed up. Took over 6 months to file my documents due to an extension however did not lower my initial tax bill to begin with. Charged me higher than quoted filing fee and charged a family member higher fee in line with a higher return. Very unprofessional and will never be retuning. Please save your money and look for someone that will act in a fiduciary capacity.
My family has been coming here since my sister and I were in elementary school. We are now in our 20s, and personally we never had an issue with this place until 2 years ago. The paperwork was filed incorrectly, someone stole my sisters social security number. Yet our tax man keeps refusing to write a FORMAL letter for my sister to send to the IRS.
