They sold me a truck for 70k to find out it has bad frame damage when confronted they got really defensive and told me that it not there problem. this company is a fraud needs to be shut down for good and the owner needs to go to prison I highly recommend for the FBI to please look into this company they have taken so much people money and have gotten away with so much and nobody does anything about it. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP 15 DAYS AFTER I PURCHASED A F450 FROM THEM THE MOTOR WENT OUT, ALSO CAME TO FIND OUT THEY HAD KNOWN BECAUSE WHEN THE MECHANIC I WENT TO STARTED WORKING ON TRUCK THEY HAD STRIPPED THE CRANKSHAFT BOX WHERE THEY RIGGED IT TO SELL, I HAD PURCHASED MY OWN WARRANTY AND IT WAS VOIDED BECAUSE THEY DELETED THE DEF SYSTEM AND THE catalytic converter. Arriba motors sold me a 30,000 plus truck on several lies. From electrical issues to not running right and roof leaks. Offered GAP insurance, took my money and I signed paperwork just to find out days later the truck is deleted so the GAP insurance was a lie. Biggest mistake using them.

I find it funny that the only two 5 star reviews are from Arriba motors employees. Was told they were able to add equipment to the vehicle before I purchase. When I showed up with my down I was told that they couldn’t do it. So I asked to lower the down payment and was told by yaz (one of the 5 star reviewers) that there’s no more deal and to get out. Very unprofessional and lucky I have been having good days because it could have been a very bad one for him

The worst experience I ever had with a dealership in my life. They advertise no credit check online and they have a big flag at the dealership that says no credit check. Meanwhile they ran my credit twice so now I have two inquiries in my credit. They advertise vehicles with a down payment price and no credit check then ask for double the amount that they advertise. Absolute worst experience ever! Salesman was nice, but bait and switched me at the lot. Didn't take taxes out of my cash sale, and then the warranty wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. Veronica was the most rude person I have come across in a long time. Never argue with a customer when you don't know the whole story Missy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have sent several customers to Arriba Motors in the past 4 years and everyone that I have referred has been happy with their purchase. There are alot of places that only say that they will help you out by reporting to credit and never do it. Arriba Motors does, so much that I was able to go through a much better finance company the second time around when I upgraded my suv.
