I’m not sure why they have negative reviews. Christopher from Arrest-a-Pest has been servicing our home for a few years now, and is amazing.Always on time. Incredibly polite and professional. Checks everywhere, including the crawl space. Covers everything when he sprays. And gives good pest advice! 10/10
Beware! This is not a trust worthy company. They were hired to do a termite inspection on a home. The home had prior damage from many many years ago, which was treated back in the day as well. The technician arrived, drove in my grass and parked on it, and only went under the house. Never looked inside the home. He came out and in a round about way, without actually saying it, implied there was an active termite issue. When questioned further, he back tracked but recommended termite treatment. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company. Very unprofessional. If you can't find anyone to treat your home or property other than them, do it yourself, I promise you'll come out better that way, just my personal experience.
