Worse people!!! They delivered our panels in April 2019. They came in June and installed them. Was to be turned on July 17th. They could not pass inspection for 5 months. Now they cant put in hot water heater!!!! Please stay away from this company!!!
We signed papers in September and still NO solar panels have been installed. My husband and I have BOTH been calling and still NOONE has returned our calls. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
The investment was totally worth it. The crew was very efficient. The CEO is very responsible and even one year later, when I called to ask a,question about maintenance for optimal production, he answered very honestly remembering whom I was.
Arres Solar installed our system in Oct. 2017. They did a great job! A year and half later the system is running fine and I have had time to evaluate my investment. I (being a detail guy) have tracked our power usage, the exchange of Kwhs between our system and our utility co. etc. on a spreadsheet - as promised results! Co-ordinated utility cost reduction from 100% conversion to LED lighting, is something I would also recommend.
