I worked for AZ&B for four years and never once was up for a review or adjustment in pay. Every time I talked to the president Alfonso about a raise, he would put me off. When I told him about another job offer, hoping he would finally give me a raise after all my hard work as a staff accountant, he came back with, "I have good news, I think you should pursue the other job offer."
