Would not help me apply this towards my Medicaid so I could get a refund back after I met my deductible.
There are 4 in our family that all went to Dr. Arredondo she was friendly but after they take your insurance and money it all ends there. They refuse to help you if there are any problems. She got 3 out of 4 prescriptions correct. So my youngest daughter is just hung out to dry and they really don’t care. Instead of correcting her mistake she wants me to pay for another exam knowing the insurance only pays for one exam a year. RecommendedDr Miller was amazing and she made the appointment very comfortable and her staff was very helpful. Was a great place and would definitely recommend them.

I found the BEST! Dr. Arredondo is everything you could ask for in an Optometrist. She's incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. She listens really well and explains everything in very understandable terms. She did not rush through my exam or try to push any tests or prescriptions on me. Highly recommend Dr. Arredondo. She is a very compassionate and knowledgeable eye doctor! I normally get nervous around doctors but Dr. Arredondo is so easy to talk to. She is extremely thorough and has helped me manage my dry eyes and allergies. I am finally able to wear contacts comfortably again!

I first called my insurance company. Then I called the doctor and made an appointment. The doctor's staff called me back and said they don't take my insurance. So I did a three way call with the doctor and the insurance. After 30 minutes on the phone I thought the confusion was resolved; it was confirmed that they were a provider under my plan.
