Had one installed and locked up within 36 hours in West Texas heat. Horrible product
My compressors ran a week cost me 3000 to have my system fixed .I read the reviews and find out they fail constantly now Im out 2000 from trusting them and who knows if they will pay me back for the piece of junk they sold me . Im a disabled vet that barley makes it as it is now I will have no heat in my house for the winter .Take this as a warning they do not care they sale junk to you .I live in the north it gets a bit cold here I cant afford to fix it now but like the supplier said thats a me problem R 22 is very expensiv... read more
i had a job where we ran into some issues i called their technician Damon and he was a huge help! not only did he return my call immediately but he talked me thru all the possibilities why the compressor wasn’t running! i got their ac running and had a happy customer and i thank Damon for his help! also want to comment that their refurbished compressors look and run just like a brand new one.
This company stands by their product when something goes wrong. They are there to fix it. They honor their warrantees great products all around had a small setback but nothing in life is perfect, but this company goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied will definitely buy more products from them in the future, thank you Arrco and the staff
