I’ve used these guys twice now. Beyond superb customer service. I’ll only use them going forward. I’m retired and their prices for labor are very fair. Highly recommend.

My ac went down on fathers day. I had a company come out that I've trusted to do maintenances and their tech/salesman said that I needed a new compressor and suggested pushed for a new unit. I took the bait. I wanted a second opinion and have went through Horracio and is company before. So I decided to hold off on a new unit and the next day and after some honest diagnostics, he found wires had been cut naturally by wind and age to the condenser fan and this was what was creating the issue. Huratio was wonderful to work with! He was prompt and courteous. I was very nervous about having to buy a new AC unit but he made the experience not stressful at all. The price for the new AC unit surprisingly affordable!! I would absolutely recommend Huratio and Arraz AC to anyone who needs a new AC.
