I had a great experience with my hair stylist but the secretary was awful. When I called because I was upset my visa was showing they overcharged me I was told "Do not disrespect me." I then asked to speak to the manager who never apologized for her secretary's behavior. The salon is a beautiful place but the manager is not interested in having a secretary who treats their customers well and is not interested in acknowledging their bad behavior or correcting it.
