Array absolutely fails in all facets of their service. Fraudulent billing practices, terrible counselors, and the psychiatrists they offer are cold and act like they are above you. This is by far and away the most fraudulent and money grubbing " Behavioral Care " service in the United States. They do not care about the mental well being of their clients, they only care about one thing, Money ! If i could give this place a 1 star i would. I am not surprised that this place has a one star because it is a fraudulent facility. I had called and scheduled an intake appointment. After finding out that they did not take my insurance, i called to cancel the appointment. I never signed documents, I never did an intake, and they have sent me a 350$ bill (which now a lawyer has contact to threaten me into paying this fraudulent bill, that they refuse to remove as i dont have a recored of the cancelation call from 7 months ago... read more
YOU SUCK! First of all you lied about the therapist being in the same state as me when she was in Florida. Then the therapist Alexa Cooney ask me on day one of our meeting about how long I had a cocaine problem which one I didn't say I did and never did it in my life. Then she told me on the second session if in three months I may have to seek a psychiatrist if there's no progress in our sessions which I found odd . I give Array 3 stars because they have changed my provider 3 times in 4 mos. It's a pain because I have to answer all the questions and explain stuff over and over again. The other problem I have is billing. They billed a clinic I have not been to in 2 mos. Obviously, the previous clinic will not approve a bill I no longer go to. I gave Array all the info on the new clinic, but they are so far behind on sending bills, they are threatening me saying I will have to pay from the previous clinic! When I made my appointment with Array, the first available spot was several months out. During that time I changed jobs, and my new insurance didn't include the doctor, so I tried contacting Array to cancel. There were no emails for me to reply to. I called and the number didn't work. I messaged them through their website, and no one ever replied. When they emailed me the bill ($300) for the appointment I never went to, there was finally an email I could reply to.
