Sorry there aren't negative stars! Went in for an immigration physical and had all of the complete documentation. The Secretary at the desk, reviewed our documents and decided that a Chest Xray was required although she was dealing with a medical professional with an advanced degree! I explained that there was no requirement and all of the documentation was covered and complete. She continued to give me a medical education and told us they couldn't do it without a CXR. Dr. Ryan, Annie at the front desk. Victor. And others I can’t remember their name. Also pleasant and helpful. So nice to my sister and nephew They really needed to get in ASAP and Annie was able to fit them in between patients the next day. Wonderful positive atmosphere.
The staff at this location is very personable, polite and engaging. Ryan is very attentive and compassionate in treating the needs of his patients.
Great people to be associated with from receptionist, assistants. Everyone knew theur positions and what had to be done. Dr Mopal took the time to explain things to me. answered all my questions even when he was real busy. Never cut me short. Everyone was always willing to answer all my questions too. Everyone was great. The best primary facility and doctors, etc I've ever been associated with.
