We just had our yearly furnace service done by ARPIS technician JS and are very pleased with the professional service he had provided. He was efficient and knowledgeable as well as friendly. The only downside of our experience is that it took so long for his iPad to process the info. Keep up the great work.

WOW ... From the first contact with Reception through to two different service calls I had requested - one for the Duct Cleaning - thank you Cody and Kyle and the second for Furnace and AC tune-up - thank you Rob, I was VERY impressed. Everyone was very professional, personable, all protocols followed and everything explained to me in terms I could understand. Arpi's always provides quick and excellent service! I came home to a broken thermostat. The service queue was all booked up but the call centre went out of their way so I could get a next day appointment!

Annual furnace checkup. Extremely detailed and thorough checkup. Friendly and helpful technician walked through all elements of furnace’s efficiency, age and safety. Everything was documented and saved for next year’s assessment
