Great choice even though I'm not in the area. He did my braces 18 years ago and because of the permanent retainers top and bottom my teeth still look perfect today. After several consults in North Barrington and Hawthorn Woods he was the only doctor to show us details of my 14-year old son's teeth and how he could fix the problems without the use of a Herbst device. The staff is so unbelievably kind and helpful. Dr. Arpino is competent, caring, fun and makes the entire experience wonderful.
