Dr. Gupta really takes her time with you. The notes she writes down she gives to you. She treats you like a person not just another patient.
I usually dread going to my doctors appts but everyone in this office goes out of their way to be kind, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Gupta listened to all of my concerns, gave me a few options, and so overall is an excellent provider. I was able to get blood work from a great gal, and Latoya helped me with my CGM. Amanda, her PA is charming and also a pleasure.
Don't know if doctor is good but administrative part is awful. I registered using their link where I entered all the information about the pharmacy, the lab for blood tests, the physician and etc. At the appointment, it turned out that they did not have this information. They sent me a link to register on the patient portal, I created an account, but there were no providers connected there. Finally a doctor who listens and tries to get to the root of the problem! I think the reviews speak for themselves. She doesn't rush you, is thorough, and explains the science behind the numbers and all of your options. I'm so glad I waited to get an appointment with Dr. Gupta. I really can't say enough good things about her.
Dr Gupta was prompt, knowledgeable, and kind. She listened without seeming rushed and provided explanations as well as asked many questions. I felt heard and understood. I highly recommend her.
