I’ve been living here for about a month now, and everything has been exceptional so far. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Roland and Geneviene have made the entire process so simple and stress-free—they’re truly the best! Huge shoutout to the entire Arpeggio staff for making this thus far a great experience!

I had a wonderful experience working with Roland, the Assistant Community Manager, during my move into my new apartment. From start to finish, he was incredibly organized, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Do not move here. This is the worst apartment building. I’ve lived here for two months and I am already considering moving out. Twice already they have “tested the fire alarms” which means they have spent entire days repeatedly setting off the alarms in each unit literally hundreds of times per day (not an exaggeration) throughout an 8 hour period and entering into each unit as well.
