I’ve been a patient at this dermatology office for over two years, and I’m extremely disappointed with the ongoing lack of professionalism and accountability. It’s nearly impossible to get an appointment — there’s never any availability. My husband had an appointment for today at 2:30 pm in the Waldorf office location. He took off work today. When he arrive at the Waldorf location, he was told they didn't have an appointment for him. But it was under the Charlotte Hall location. I specifically set the appointment for Waldorf so my husband could go after work. After calling Shah Dermatology's Waldorf location on November 21, 2024 and not receiving a response to my voicemail message for a callback, I called the office again on November 22. I was scheduled for an appointment for 8:00a on December 16. At that time I was given the full name of the practitioner who--in lieu of Dr. Shah--would see me.
