Clean place and well maintained in a good You really can’t beat it for the price.
The only reason they have good reviews is because they give out pizza to people who give 5 star reviews. The housing is descent at a good price, but the clean checks are unbearable. I've lived at 4 different complexes and this complex is by far the most strict. Clean checks happen every week and they are just as strict as white gloves in most complexes. I've spent 20 minutes cleaning the bathroom to still fail the clean check for that section because there were little water marks on the counter and a little bit of soap scum ... read more
Decent complex for the price. Great location. However, I'm a tad frustrated that the management did not provide me with a private jet for my commute to campus. That should be included in the rent. Smh.
I stayed here way back in early 2022 for two semesters. Cheap housing and the management was always fun and fair and easy to work with. Please stay here if considering!!!
