Actually commented here already but wanted to comment again because the managers have treated me so nicely. They really try to make it easy to stay on top of rent, cleaning, etc., and they're super happy to keep in touch. I will definitely come back.
Managers are super nice. The heating works great, the apartment is reasonably nice and clean, and the location is a huge plus. Never had problems with appliances like the fridge or washing machine. Good roommates and ward members can't necessarily be guaranteed by any one apartment, but it seems like this place has a good vibe. Some people might not like the weekly cleaning checks, but I actually really appreciate it because it prevents stuff from getting nasty (or unfairly blamed on you).
