We were given a 9:30 appointment and when they called with the reminder, they said 10:00, so we showed up at 9:30 since that is what the appointment card said . We sat there until after 10:30 and were never called in. We had to be back home by 11:00 (35 minute drive) so we left without services and did the toes at home. Totally unacceptable.
