I dropped off my alternator 3 weeks ago and they said parts were on backorder come get it. When dropped off it spun and mostly worked. When we picked it up, it no longer spun, was told it was that way when dropped off. Even though my husband was sitting there spinning it while they wrote the ticket when we dropped it off. So took it elsewhere and opened it up most of the bolts were missing and a bunch of pieces are broke. So now this alternator that could have been fixed is trash.
